What is Mukhyamantri Sampoorna Pushti Yojana Odisha

The CM of Odisha held a cabinet conference on June 21, 2023. This cabinet meeting produced 15 initiatives, including the Mukhyamantri Pushti Yajana. MSPY in Odisha allows adolescent girls between 15-19 years of age to receive a nutritious diet without regard to their caste. A Kishori Mela is also being held to screen for diseases like anemia. The state government hopes that this welfare program will improve the nutritional status for breastfeeding mothers and adolescent girl in the state. Starting in 2023-2024, the program will last for five years.
