1.मोबाइल में फोटो को केसे छोटा साइज़ का बनाये

इस पोस्ट में आपको बताने वाले है कि mobile से photo का size कम कैसे करे। बहुत से मौकों पर हमें एक खास साइज की image की जरुरत होती है। जैसे – कही अपलोड करना हो या वॉलपेपर बनाना हो। लेकिन ऐसे मनचाहा साइज हमें नहीं मिले तो हम उसे अपने अनुसार Resize कर सकते है। कंप्यूटर पर ये आसानी से हो जाता है, लेकिन आपको Android मोबाइल के लिए photo का size कम करने का app बताएँगे, जिसके द्वारा आप अपने मोबाइल से ही मनचाहे साइज की इमेज बना सकते हो, किसी भी फोटो को अपने अनुसार resize कर सकते हो।

फ्रेंड्स ये पोस्ट आपकी किस तरह से काम आ सकता है इस पर भी शार्ट में बात कर ले। जैसे मुझे facebook प्रोफाइल change करना है या new कवर लगाना है, तो अगर फोटो की साइज ज्यादा हो तो फिट नहीं बैठेगा और इमेज का कुछ हिस्सा दब जायेगा।

मोबाइल से फोटो का साइज कम करने के लिए आप ये resizer app की मदद ले सकते हो। इसके द्वारा किसी भी फोटो की साइज कम भी कर सकते है और बढ़ा भी सकते है। यानि अपने मनचाहा साइज में फोटो resize कर सकेंगे। तो चलिए पहले यहाँ से Photo & Picture Resizer App को डाउनलोड कर लीजिये। ये बेस्ट & फ्री एप्लीकेशन है। उसके बाद resize कैसे करे ये बताएँगे।

डाउनलोड करने के बाद इस एप्लीकेशन को ओपन कीजिये। अब यहाँ या तो फोटो लेकर उसे resize कर सकते है या गैलरी से image सेलेक्ट करके। इसके लिए Select Photos पर Tap करें।

अब गैलरी में जाकर जिस फोटो का साइज कम करना है उसे सेलेक्ट कर ले। जैसे मैंने एक 851×1200 साइज का एक फोटो सेलेक्ट किया हूँ। अब इसका साइज कम या ज्यादा करने के लिए ऊपर resize icon पर Tap कीजिये।

यहाँ पहले से बहुत से साइज मिलेंगे, जिसमे से आपको जिस साइज का इमेज चाहिए, उसे सेलेक्ट करना है। जैसे example के लिए मैंने 340×511 सेलेक्ट किया।

अब वह इमेज सेलेक्ट किये गए साइज में resize हो जायेगा। हमारा ओरिजिनल इमेज का साइज था 851×1200 136 kb और इसे resize करने के बाद 340×511 26kb हो गया। नीचे स्क्रीनशॉट  में आप देख भी सकते है।

अगर आपको एक खास साइज की इमेज चाहिए तो आप Crop करके उस साइज का भी इमेज बना सकते है। इसके लिए गैलरी से उस फोटो को सेलेक्ट कीजिये और ऊपर Crop icon पर Tap कीजिये।

अब नीचे स्नैपशॉट की तरह Exact Width and height ऑप्शन पर जाना है।

अब यहाँ इमेज की जो भी  Width and height रखना हो उसे सेट कर दे। जैसे मैंने 720 ×1280 सेलेक्ट किया है। उसके बाद Ok पर Tap कीजिये।

आप इमेज को थोड़ा एडजस्ट कर लीजिये ताकि ये फिट स्क्रीन पर आ जाये उसके बाद Save कर दें।

सेव किये हुए इमेज को गैलरी में जाकर देख सकते है। इस तरह फोटो का साइज कम या ज्यादा करके अपने मनचाहे साइज में फोटो बना सकते है।

Thing is, you don’t really want to resize the photo since it’ll just change the size while keeping the same number of pixels. What you want to do is to resample it.

GIMP 2

GIMP (version 2) is one of the best free tools you can use for basically everything regarding images.

It’s like the more modest free version of Adobe Photoshop with myriad features and tools that make it incredibly viable option for home users.

Of course, besides the standard editing and optimizing, you can enlarge images with GIMP. And even without them losing little to none of their original quality in the process.

If you’re not accustomed to GIMP 2 and how to resize images with this nifty little tool, make sure to follow the steps below:

1. Download and install GIMP. You can find the setup file on GIMP’s official site.
2. Open GIMP 2 and drag your image in the main working window.
   

1. Click on Image in the main menu and then click on Scale Image.
2. Select the preferred output resolution. In this example, we doubled the image resolution (from 700 x 700 to 1400 x 1400).
3. Under the Quality > Interpolation, select Sinc (Lanczos3).
   

1. Click on Scale to resize the image.
   

1. Now, click on File > Overwrite…: image name: to overwrite the image while keeping the import format.
2. And that’s it. If you’re keen to keep the original image, make sure to back it up.

IrfanView

Moving on. We can’t skip on one program that’s there for ages and it makes many paid solutions superfluous.

At least, for the minor optimization and editing, which, of course, includes lossless resizing. Yes, we’re referring to IrfanView.

For those unaware, this application is so much more than just a viewing tool for online images and family photos. It packs a bit outdated interface, but it compensates that with an abundance of features and overall simplicity.

In order to use IrfanView to resize images while retaining the original quality, follow the steps below:

1. Download IrfanView for free by following this link.
2. Open IrfanView and drag and drop your image in the workplace window.
   

1. Click on Image in the main menu, and then choose Resize/Resample from the drop-down menu.
2. Set the new size manually or select the preset resolutions from the right. We decided to give a try to 4K enlargement.
3. Check the ”Apply sharpen after Resample” box.
4. Under the Size method, select Resample and, from the drop-down menu, select Lanczos (slower).
   

1. Click OK to resize the photo.
2. Now, press ‘S‘ as a shortcut for ”Save as…” option.
3. We encourage you to use the PNG format instead of the JPG and save the photo.

That’s it. You can easily compare two images and look for changes.

Photoshop

Finally, it’s a must to mention Adobe Photoshop which is, as we’re all aware, the most used premium image editing tool. This isn’t a free tool, and it takes some time to process the immense capabilities it offers.

It’s an obvious choice for all professional users, but, once you get the hold of it, it’s rather simple to use even if you’re a newbie. At least for minor tweaks.

Of course, the final result is much better than on the other two programs we enlisted above.

Here’s how to resize images without losing any quality with Photoshop:

1. Open Photoshop and drag and drop the image you want to resize on the working surface.
   

1. Click Image in the main menu and select Image size from the contextual menu.
2. Now, you select Pixels in the right tab and select the size that pleases you.
3. Check the ”Resample” box and select Preserve Details (enlargement) from the drop-down menu.
   

1. Choose noise reduction percentage and click OK to finally resize the image.
2. After that, click File > Save as, and save your image, preferably, in the PNG format.
